**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure a pleasant living experience for our residents.

Established property, situated on 25 acres of intensely wooded site, newly renovated exterior and interior of apartment units, expanded and renovate Leasing office (includes Fitness Center with new equipment, Package storage room, & other amenities). Major newly renovated swimming pool.

Complex owned & built by current owner.

Experience working in property management software prefer Appfolio.

Job Description: In short, working with managing agent Leasing staff, maintenance and grounds staff to see that property is performing to its maximum potential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
