The Regional Property Manager will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of property level staff, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical and financial performance of assigned properties. This position also includes assisting Senior Regional Property Manager and other supervisors with special projects as needed. Individual must possess knowledge and experience with new construction/lease up management as well as previous multisite management.
Relocation is not provided.
Individual must posses a proven track record of successful regional property management experience and knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, financial management, federal and state housing laws, and insurance. Must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and posses a strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills. Provide the ability to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the ability to problem-solve issues.
Extensive Regional travel is required.

Education and/or Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or job experience may substitute for degree
Certifications Preferred: ARM, RAM, CAM, CPM, CAPS, NAHP, HCCP
Experience:
Knowledge of apartment property management during new construction/lease up , cash management and institutional reporting a must. On-site/multi-site management experience required. Experience in managing multiple property managers required.
