We are looking for a dynamic, deadline oriented, and flexible team player with superior customer service skills for a full-time position in the Raleigh area. Primary job duties are to:

• Conduct inspections of the properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property.
• Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner, and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff.
• Manage service contracts and obtain bids for building improvements (janitorial, landscaping, flooring, painting, etc.).
• Establish and maintain tenant lease files.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins (signage, keys, parking, etc.)
• Provide support to the property management and leasing departments.

SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years property management or real estate experience, strong team player, aptitude for multi-tasking, YARDI proficiency is a plus. Strong management, organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle issues independently. Intermediate Excel; Word; other Microsoft office packages. Self Starter. Attention to detail a must. Extremely organized.
