Foxwood Country Club is Hiring a Member Services Coordinator Near Jacksonville, AR

The Member Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our club members, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive membership experience. The role involves managing membership inquiries, coordinating club events, maintaining accurate member records, overseeing club tournaments, checking in golfers, and renting carts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Relations and Support:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist members in utilizing club facilities, services, and amenities, providing guidance and information as needed.

2. Membership Coordination:

  • Manage membership inquiries and applications, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members.
  • Maintain accurate member records, including contact information, membership status, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the membership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance member retention and attract new members.

3. Event Coordination and Tournament Oversight:

  • Coordinate club events, social gatherings, and activities to promote member engagement and a sense of community.
  • Oversee club tournaments, including scheduling, registration, scoring, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with the golf department to ensure smooth tournament operations, including rules compliance, tee time management, and prize distribution.
  • Assist in managing tournament budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring events are delivered within the allocated resources.

4. Golf Operations:

  • Rent and maintain an inventory of golf carts, coordinating their distribution and collection in adherence to club policies.
  • Collect and process payments for golf fees, cart rentals, and other related services.
  • Ensuring not only club area but the carts are maintained, fueled, and clean.
  • Pick the driving range clean at a minimum of once per week.
  • Ensure the next shift is set-up – cash drawer filled, receipt paper filled, check missed calls, and audit carts to ensure all are accounted for daily.
  • Follow standard lock up procedures including area clean-up, locking doors, placing monetary funds in proper place, and setting alarm when applicable.

5. Quality Assurance and Feedback:

  • Regularly gather member feedback and suggestions, addressing concerns and taking appropriate actions to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Monitor member experiences and ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to improve member services, amenities, and overall club experience.

6. Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the club facilities and golf course for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Physical dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, such as computers, printers, and phones, as well as golf carts and related equipment.
  • Visual and auditory acuity to communicate effectively and engage with members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar member-focused role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate records and provide meticulous member support.
  • Knowledge of club operations, facilities, and services is a plus.
  • Experience in tournament coordination, golf operations, and managing golf cart rentals is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club events and member needs.
