We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties.

- Base pay 60k-75k - DOE

A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager
- Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.
- Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel
- Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians
- Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures
- Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10 individuals
- Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
- Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties.
- Minimum of 2 experience in leadership
- Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
- Previous sales management experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and retention skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management
- Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
- Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license
