Our growing and dynamic organization is seeking a team-oriented HR Service Center Assistant with duties focused on providing the following services/skill sets:
The Human Resources Service Center Assistant is a supporting member of a skilled HR staff that provides timely services to employees on HR policies, benefits and employee programs.
Here are some of the day-to-day essentials:
Promptly and courteously handles all walk-ins for the HR Department during regular business hours. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, payroll, hiring processes. Also troubleshoots technical difficulties, resetting passwords and verifying applicant status and refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
