```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is obtained - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is desirable - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or hotel management is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
