JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas throughout the day.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Perform routine work orders, as well as preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be available for occasional after-hour calls This is a Part-time position, 30 hours / week, plus benefits. If a job offer is made, your employment will start after a successful completion of references, a criminal check, and other background screens as deemed necessary.
