JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas throughout the day.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Perform routine work orders, as well as preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance.
• Make ready vacant units; must be able to perform a variety of repairs, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, and other repairs involved in an apartment turnover.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be available for occasional after-hour calls

This is a Part-time position, 30 hours/week, plus benefits.
