Foundation Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Council, IA

Must have basic plumbing and electrical repair skills. 2. Must be able to work unsupervised. 3. Work Orders : Complete work orders for repairs in residents’ apartment in a timely fashion coinciding with the work requested 4.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the building on a daily basis, checking for repairs and cleaning needs. 5. Make minor repairs when feasible on major appliances.
6. Plumbing and Electrical Repairs. 7. Have the vacant unit painted and cleaned, including the carpet. All vacant units must be ready to rent three days after a resident has moved out.
8. On Call : When on call the employee will be able to respond to property within a 30-minute time frame. Coverage time will be per direction of manager.
Needs to respond to call within 10 minutes While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements, management reserves the right to modify, add or remove duties from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessary.
