What you'll be working on: 

• Manage business operations functions including knowledge management, procurement, facility planning & management, etc.
• Develop and support optimization of standard procedures, systems, quality documents and operations to effectively improve overall efficiency of the company
• Work with the entire team on a variety of strategic projects, from managing government applications to creating slides for key investor and business development meetings
• Promote a safe, fun and inclusive environment, and be a driver of team cohesion and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working in a dynamic environment, working projects to completion independently. Consulting experience a plus
• Proven ability to be a cultural touchstone and the driver of a positive work environment
• Steadfast ability to organize and prioritize in fast moving environments, while maintaining high productivity and output
• Exceptional communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
• Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a valued bonus!)
• Capable of handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency, and independently driving projects to a successful close with little to no oversight
