Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead multiple marketing initiatives at Forward Science. The ideal candidate will continually improve company branding and develop impactful promotional campaigns. A successful Marketing Manager at Forward Science will lead projects that allow for strategic brand growth in targeted market segments and locations. The role requires someone who is well-organized, takes initiative, and is a strong problem-solver. This position is a full-time role reporting to the CEO that will work with employees throughout the company.
Specific Responsibilities and Key Objectives:
- Design, manage, and execute the marketing vision for new and current Forward Science products
- Collaborate with the sales team to design sales support materials that highlight and promote the unique aspects of our products
- Lead and manage website content and integration for the ordering platform, while providing recommendations for a superior customer experience
- Plan and lead the marketing launch for a new products and services, including data on project profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure consistent messaging across all product platforms
- Ability to engage and manage vendors who create, manipulate, and update designs in Adobe Creative Suite
- Lead cross-functional teams as needed, to achieve strategies and goals
- Oversee and utilize data from previous campaigns to develop new marketing tactics
- Lead, assist, and manage marketing and IT contractors and vendors
- Maintain knowledge of industry and best practices
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
- Proficient in advanced PC skills, i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva
- Detailed understanding of all marketing platforms, procedures, and practices
- A team-player, with the proven ability to lead other through difficult and changing projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
