Medical Contact Center Associate

Rotating shift to cover from 8 : 00 AM ET to 9 : 00 PM ET

Remote position in the US #LI-REMOTE

Main Responsibilities :

  • To respond to medical information queries / product quality complaints / general queries that may be received over the telephone call, email, fax etc.
  • Receive information, record and reporting Adverse Drug Reaction in timelines (according to the regulations and to internal WI / SOPs) that may be received over the telephone call, email, fax etc.
  • Execute drug safety data management processes a combination of call intake, call dialogue documentation, peer review, case follow-up.
  • Perform and support different activities as assigned tracking various types of information and metrics, ongoing QC of defined process steps, training, reconciliation of data from multiple sources.

Minimum Requirements :

  • BS / BA 1 to 2 yr of safety experience
  • Degree preferred to be in one or more of the following disciplines : Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, and Chemistry.
  • Safety experience includes actual experience processing AE / SAE reports, generating narratives, queries, working within safety databases, and experience with regulatory submissions.
  • Prior call center experience required.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.

Pay Range : $70,000 - $80,0000 USD

Benefits : All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Company bonus where applicable.
