The HR Benefits Analyst will be responsible for administering and communicating Fortra’s benefit plans effectively and efficiently. This position has a direct impact on our employees' experience at Fortra by providing expertise and support navigating through our benefit and wellness offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Using knowledge of Fortra’s benefits: administers benefit programs, responds to manager and employee inquiries regarding benefits, assists with open enrollment
• Assist with the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) by having thorough knowledge of Fortra LOA policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage all informational benefit documents on SharePoint and annual updates to benefits guide
• Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes, with carriers and process life status changes
• Responsible for vendor bill review, preparation and reconciliation
• Assists with benefit audits and analyze data of benefit programs
• Provides support for lead wellness team initiatives
• Administer the tuition reimbursement program
• Assists with ad-hoc total rewards projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience with LOA programs, as well as federal laws and regulations of health and retirement benefits
• At least 3 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Bachelors degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education
