Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to cooking.

Duties:

- Plan and create specials that meet the needs and preferences of our customers

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing menu items

- Oversee carry out operations, ensuring timely delivery of food.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on cooking and food service management

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Knowledge of banquet operations and experience in catering large events

- Proficient in shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods
