We are looking for a customer service representative for upfront cash registers, as well as cross train in other departments. Your role will be to provide product information to customers, as well as keep the store organized, clean, and stocked. We are looking for someone genuinely excited to help customers and willing to learn multiple positions. Must be patient, empathetic, and a great communicator.

You will work 4- 5 days a week. Part time shifts are 9:00-3:00 or 12:00-6:00 M-F. We are flexible and can work with just about any schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, cash handling, and store cleanliness
• Greet, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep store well stocked and inventory products regularly
• Follow store polices/rules
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• May have to work an occasional FULL shift Saturday which is 9:00 am-6:00PM.

Skills

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with cash handling
• Familiarity with firearms a plus
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• Fluent in Spanish is a MAJOR Plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
