We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage incoming phone, email, and text inquiries to drive sales and capture the market of off-site customers. This position will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking plant advice or information about our products and services, current inventory, and any other questions. This role will spend most of the time at a desk, working on a computer, but some tasks may occasionally call for time spent with the plants.
This is an on-site, part-time position working 31 hours Sunday – Wednesday -OR- 24 hours Thursday – Saturday. Shifts are 9am – 5pm (Sunday is 10am – 5pm). Pay is $17/hour, with weekly pay. We offer discounts at the Garden Center and matching 401k retirement savings. Advancement opportunities available as we continue to grow.
