This hybrid position can be located at our Corporate Office in New York City, St. Petersburg, FL, or Dallas, TX.

Hybrid in-office expectations are twice a week, on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring an Operations Strategy & Business Analyst Manager to join our team! This role will work on the Operations and Transformation team, focused on implementing the long-term Lace Up Plan within Foot Locker, Inc. This role will work enterprise-wide with key cross-functional leaders to study business trends and propose strategy changes. This team member will oversee multiple projects at once focused on growing the business, optimizing cost, and driving transformation within the brand. 

Responsibilities

• Use data and analysis to study the business and propose solutions to optimize growth and profitability
• Monitor KPIs across the organization and identify areas of opportunities
• Partner and communicate with key cross-functional stakeholders to make business driving decisions
• As an individual contributor, work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization 
• Lead and support strategic initiatives enhancing the omni customer experience journey
• Develop project plans and implementation strategies around key strategic initiatives for Foot Locker, Inc.
• Serve as a thought partner across the organization, bringing forth new ideas grounded in insights and data, in support of Foot Locker's growth ambitions
• Prepare materials and special projects for the Executive Leadership team members and their teams
• Develop and present simple to moderately complex executive communications selecting the appropriate message for the audience
• Provide reports and documentation on project stage and progress

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• Requires a minimum of 5 years related work experience in retail, finance, and/or consulting
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and especially Excel)
• Highly analytical, you love numbers and want to use them to drive decision making
• Enterprise thinker who is highly collaborative and a team player
• Detailed-oriented, technically adept and ability to multitask
• A strong personal commitment to quality, service, and teamwork
• Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders)
• Get it done attitude
• Ability to problem solve
• Experience managing resources in a matrix organization

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $85000-$105000 /year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
