Foley & Lardner LLP's Palo Alto office is seeking an Office Operations Manager. This is a leadership position responsible for the management of business functions and the overall day-to-day operations of our Palo Alto and San Francisco office locations. The position has direct responsibility for budget preparation, financial management, business professional supervision, facilities management, policy and procedure administration, and provides operational and strategic support to the Office Managing Partner (OMP).
Foley offers a comprehensive benefit program which currently includes Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; Medical, Dental and Vision insurance; 401(k) Retirement; Disability and Life insurance; Adoption Assistance; Backup Care for Dependents. Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Palo Alto based position is between $129,800 - $211,800. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
