Our client in Palo, Alto CA is looking for a Front Office Operations Manager for their boutique hotel.
CANDIDATES WITH BOUTIQUE/LUXURY HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THE PALO ALTO/MENLO PARK MARKET ARE HIGHLY DESIRED.
Summary:
The Front Office Operations Manager (FOOM) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front office. The FOOM will oversee the work of the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and night audit staff to ensure that guests are satisfied with their stay, and handle any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Leadership role in the Rooms division of a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Must understand the Palo Alto/Menlo Park market
- Must understand the luxury/lifestyle comp set
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
