Role: Customer Service Specialist
Reports to: Communities Leader
Compensation: TBD; Based on experience 
Location: Main office in Kaukauna

Summary: The Customer Service Specialist for Focus Property Management will be responsible for supporting residents by sharing important information, clarifying questions, and helping manage the information coming from our team in the field. As a detail-oriented and highly organized individual, this key team member will promote property improvements, communicate any updates or changes, manage residence response to questions or concerns, organize parking and storage for new properties, and support our team with coordinating upcoming scheduled meetings with vendors (Fire/Safety, City Municipalities, etc). Responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails from residents and providing them with an unparalleled experience, issuing lease violations, sharing property improvement projects, collecting resident feedback through Google reviews, and scheduling vendors to complete work at our properties. Our residents deserve the best experience.

What you are great at: (responsibilities)
  • Organize each property's other income opportunities (onsite parking, storage)
  • Enforcement of other income (onsite parking, storage, garages)
  • Communicate with residents via phone, email, and text providing an unparalleled experience
  • Enter budget information and build reports around budgets
  • Build reports for scoreboards and budget history 
  • Assist residents with questions regarding lease violations 
  • Work with the assigned Leader to support them in the field 
  • Build relationships with municipalities and towing vendors to support parking expectations
What you have Achieved: (requirements) 
  • Good working knowledge of generally used software/computer packages such as Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use critical thinking, problem solving, and good judgment
  • Skilled at effectively managing time and multiple responsibilities
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Property knowledge (this piece can be taught)
