Monday - Thursday
8:30PM - 7:00AM
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe operation of all equipment within the Service Center. Duties may include accurately moving, stacking, and loading product, consolidating, and staging pallets for put away.
The Equipment Operators position require associates to be taken up to 30 feet in the air on equipment. Automation Operators duties include ensuring maximum throughput, first level troubleshooting of equipment problems including use of computer logs and communicating labor needs to maximize the running hours of the machinery. All operators must be able to certify on any machine within the warehouse as business needs dictate.
From provided training, follow OSHA safety protocols and procedures to operate power equipment including: swing reach truck, reach truck, order picker, etc.
Duties include accurately moving, stacking, and loading product as well as consolidating and staging pallets and being able to maneuver equipment in tight corners and around pedestrian traffic in a safe manner. Provide insights on areas that need attention or improvement to the supervisor, manager, safety director or to human resources.
Applicants must be 18 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to prioritize customer needs.
Qualified candidates will be able to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes. More details will be provided but will need the ability to meet vision requirements and meet other physical demands with labor regulations.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour $1.25 shift differential per hour worked
