Your role at Clorox: Pay Rate: $22.15/hr The Operator role is responsible for the production of Hidden Valley ranch dressing. They will work with heavy stationary and/or moving equipment and conveyors. Concentration on the tasks at hand as well as an awareness of the overall operation is essential. The Operator may work in the Blending, Process, Bottling, Dry, or Warehouse departments. This position is considered a safety-sensitive position, meaning, a lapse of attention could adversely affect the safety of others by resulting in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or operation motorized vehicle. In this role, you will: Ensure Safe behavior is conducted by yourself and those around you. Complete accurate Quality Assurance checks. Maintain standard work for your process/machine as an owner Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards. Enter production information and notes into SAP and LEDs. Completing CIL/PM and ensuring proper WPO in the work area. Safely and efficiently participate in troubleshooting equipment, process failures, changeovers, and the effective operations of various products assigned to the line. Remove or replace parts and components with hand tools Complete require paperwork accurately What we look for: At least one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse. Must be able to operate and maintain highly automated processing and packaging systems in a Food Manufacturing facility. Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques, rebuilding equipment and/or mechanically inclined. Be able to lift 50 pounds consistently. Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
