Position – HR Specialist
Location: Duluth, GA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Assist with benefits enrollment
- Review employees' timecards and make sure they are approved by managers in a timely manner
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- All other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in HR
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Korean a plus
The base salary range for this role is between $26.45 - $33.65 hourly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
