Flying Food Group is Hiring a Transportation Shift Supervisor Near Miami, FL
- Direct and coordinate driver unloading and loading of customer aircraft.
- Manage galley activity to ensure accurate placement of aircraft catering carts.
- Ensures compliance with transportation safety.
- Ensure food safety and HACCP requirement are followed with meals in final hold and meals loaded on the customer aircraft.
- Ensure HACCP procedures are followed, and employees are trained.
- Report vehicle and work-related accidents and injuries.
- Direct all Operations while on duty.
- Prepare Shift reports as required.
- Ensure employee safety and fill out required paperwork in case of an injury or vehicle accident.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the aircraft operations experience
- Good understanding of aircraft galleys and In-Flight Catering
- Customs seal requirement and TSA.
- Excellent communications and teaming skills.
- Able to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs.
- Bilingual, English & Spanish a plus
- CDL Class B License required.
- Basic computer skills
