Infuse, a Fluent company, is a creator monetization app that connects creators with some of the world’s biggest brands in the performance marketing or direct response space. In essence, it’s a digital marketplace with our creator success managers driving growth. This role offers you an opportunity to partner with creators to teach them how to promote products or services to their following while ensuring they build a solid incremental revenue stream along the way.

What You'll Do

• Identify niches that are a good fit to promote our client’s brands (offers)
• Directly manage creators with the goal of having them actively promote offers
• Conduct 1x1 influencer coaching and training to develop great content
• Train coordinators set expectations for set up, outreach and tracking progress
• Guide Creator Recruitment with focus on outreach strategy, email templates, etc.
• Identify creative opportunities to increase creator revenue, retention and satisfaction
• Partner with Marketing on the planning of live & virtual creator meetups workshops
• Work closely with Client Services to ensure creator promotions are meeting client KPIs
• Internally share best practices as it relates to content creation and marketing angles
• Track creator progress through HubSpot CRM tool
• Travel as needed (conferences, events, on-sites)
