ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Retail Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales and retail operations of FLUENT, leading a patient-centric team, managing staffing, inventory, and sales goals of all stores in all markets, and providing clear direction to achieve company initiatives. Additionally, the Director of Retail Sales implements and maintains FLUENT`S policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and increase market share across our retail channels. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in retail sales management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office and retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
TRAVEL
Some travel may be required but is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree ( or equivalent experience )
Master's Degree (preferred)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
Must be able to pass drug screen.
