Summary of Responsibilities
Executive, professional, technical, and non-exempt employee recruiting including college/university recruiting. The recruiting manager oversees the identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection, and placement of candidates for employment.
They will ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with the Company’s talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills.
