Must be at least 18 years old (our members must be at least 18 as well), and be able to twist, squat, reach, and bend to lift up to 45lb weights and be on feet for extended periods of time.

We're looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our customer service team, supporting an environment and community for people to improve their quality of living through health and fitness.
About the Job
We're hiring (1) Front Desk Associate position to work at our South Lake Union location:

Opening, Mid, and Closing Times
All front desk staff have a consistent set of shifts for Mon-Fri between 5 AM - 10 PM and/or Weekends 7:30 AM - 7 PM.
At least 20-30 hours of paid training between on a flexible schedule. Your official permanent shifts would start that week after or sooner based on availability/training.
Once you've fully learned the ins and outs, you'll be responsible in creating impactful and life changing experiences for our members through your friendly, approachable, and confident customer service attitude.
You'll greet by name and get to know the lives of our members, answer phone calls, check and return emails, resolve member questions, and wave to members as they leave. Between conversations, you'll ensure the gym floor is organized, equipment is wiped down, classes are set up, and the locker rooms are clean, tidy and fully-stocked.
You'll advocate for the members, taking action and communicating their wants and needs within the company. For each new visitor to our facility, you'll deliver an amazing first impression and accurate representation of the gym's benefits, tailoring information for each individual. You'll assist them in signing them up for membership, upselling them services when it's appropriately in their best interests, and you'll show them how to fully use their membership so they can maximize their gym experience.
You protect the integrity of the business, allow paying members and employees only to use the gym, stay up-to-date about our services and internal policies, keep the cash register balanced, and protect the privacy of members' accounts. You proudly uphold the mission and core values of the company.

This is why every Front Desk Associate will begin at $21 and will receive every 6 months there after a $.25 raise increase when meeting standard of excellence the opportunity for an additional $.25 for high performance.
