Florida Freezer LP (Miami) is a small family owned and operated cold storage facility in Miami Gardens, FL. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and managing a small team of employees.

Duties:

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
• Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff

Skills:

• Strong experience in warehouse management and operations
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience in freight, shipping, and receiving operations
