Seeking for an accomplished Sales Manager who can showcase a proven track record in sales, growth, and effective team management. The ideal candidate will bring valuable existing accounts and distributor relationships, along with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our distributor network.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Established relationships with accounts and distributors in the pet product industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
