**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent patient care by performing various administrative tasks in a medical office setting.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently

- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups accurately

- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure data accuracy

- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification

- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests promptly

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical office procedures, including front desk operations

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols

- Experience with medical records management and electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to handle medical scheduling and coordinate patient services effectively

- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a medical clinic setting is a plus
