Description: Repair, maintain and perform routine maintenance throughout facility. Work with preventive/predictive maintenance system to keep operating equipment in good condition. Opportunity for growth within the company. Painting experience is a must. Must have prior experience in Painting.
DUTIES
Perform special projects as directed by the Executive Director, which may include but are not limited to: Sheetrock work, woodwork/construction, sanding and refinishing, painting.
Follow Life Safety Codes and facility policies and procedures.
Duties: This is a primary first shift position; however candidate must be able to work any shift and some weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: Electrical knowledge
HVAC experience
Self Motivated, detailed-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of building
Prior Nursing Home Life Safety a plus
