Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service to determine their flooring needs
• Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
• Visit customer’s home or workplace to provide product and design advice
• Review space/area measurements and calculate number of materials needed for project requirements
• Will be the point of contact for the customer to complete the following: provide flooring sample suggestions, schedule installation team, perform quality control throughout project
• Keep up to date on the wide selection of flooring and window treatments
• Manage time between the showroom and prospecting in the community
• Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years proven work experience in sales preferred
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong personal and professional judgment
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customer's needs and wants
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a team setting
• A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
• Design experience a plus
• Knowledge of floor coverings and window treatments (willing to train)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
