We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Being on Pier 39, we are a fast-paced environment. A social person is needed in order to greet every guest. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. The position is $19 an hour plus cash and electronic tips.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Prepare drinks at the tea-bar
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Being reliable and consistently arriving on time for shifts

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Knowledge of teas & spices is an advantage
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
