This role requires a highly organized individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient management of our flooring installation process.Responsibilities:Installation Coordination: Oversee and manage the complete flooring installation process, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with installation teams to allocate resources effectively, provide necessary job details, and ensure that quality standards are met.Product Management: Responsible for ordering products and ensuring that all materials required for installation are available and delivered on time.Installer Support: Provide ongoing support to installers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials to complete jobs effectively.HOA Liaison: Act as a liaison with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to secure necessary approvals and comply with community guidelines.Logistics Management: Handle the receiving, storage, and organization of flooring products.Scheduling: Schedule installations and ensure that timelines are met to avoid delays and maximize team efficiency.Requirements:Former Installation Experience: There are a lot of nuances with flooring.
