As the Operations Training Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Operational teams. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance the competencies of our employees. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop tailored programming, and manage the day to day functioning of the Operations Training department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and organizing of training schedules, resources, and activities.
• Oversight and engagement of the daily training functions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee progress.
• Design and develop training programs that align with operational goals and objectives.
• Create training curricula that caters to various levels within the operations team.
• Update training materials and programs to reflect changes in processes and technology.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for operational employees.
• Lead and manage a team of trainers, providing supervision, development, and mentorship.
• Monitor KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed.
• Provide reporting on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Oversight and maintenance of departmental Learning Management System (LMS).
• Stay informed with industry best practices and advancements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Learning & Development
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination
• Prior experience in Training Program Development.
• Prior experience in an adult learning environment.
