Flex-Staff, Inc. is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk (200509) Near Green, WI
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for data entry
- Sort and match invoices and check requests
- Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
- Prepare and code vehicle maintenance invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Respond to vendor and store inquiries
- Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues
- Filing

General Information:
- Office experience working with data entry and numbers

- Computer savvy to learn new software
- Maddenco or AS400 software is a plus
