Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of real estate title documentation. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Must be proficient in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. One to three years of office experience required. Customer service and telephone etiquette skills are required. Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellence in a multi-tasking environment. Must be self-motivated and have good interpersonal and communications skills. Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. High attention to detail required.

Duties:
- Review and analyze Manufacture Homes title documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
-Drive to clerk’s office/BMV to transfer titles.
- Prepare and process title documents,
- Maintain organized records of all title documents and related correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Responsible for handling customer and Community Managers inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquires in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Certified Notary preferred or the ability to become one!
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
