• Pay: $18.00-20.00/hour
• Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
• In-office position: Office located in Covington, KY (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE COVINGTON, KY AREA)

Job Description:

• Process a variety of collateral documents and auto titles
• Review incoming collateral documents for state specific regulations and or county guidelines
• Routine follow-up with Branch offices on outstanding items and or handling rejects from the county and vendors
• Communicates issues or concerns verbally and systematically by utilizing company applications/systems
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail/documents
• Mailing items out to counties or state
• Resolving errors by researching accounts and following up on missing info or documentation

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of banking/financial experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task/learn multiple functions at once
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
