Job Description Job Description Position: Production Manager Job Description: Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing & International Sales, the Production Manager will oversee the bag/converting department, collaborating closely with other supervisors to ensure efficient operations. This role involves managing personnel and coordinating job orders within the department. Essential Duties: - Develop and manage department schedules to optimize production efficiency.- Supervise and support department personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Oversee operations in the Converting department, collaborating with other supervisors to meet production goals.- Familiarize oneself with department processes and eventually take on responsibility for job/order scheduling. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry.- Experience in any type of manufacturing environment is required.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. -Bachelor's degree in operations managment or similar field and/ or related field.- Strong leadership and management skills.- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
