The Opportunity
The Overnight CSR serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers with urgent needs get help ASAP. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You will work over the phone and in our computer system to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.
