We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

The Opportunity

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, developing our team, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Collaborating closely with the General Manager and department Managers, you will help shape the strategic direction of the division and maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical division.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-performance standards.
• Oversee operational efficiency, from project planning and scheduling to resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, timely response, and effective issue resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to foster business growth and partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and cost control measures to achieve divisional profitability targets.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the division's visibility and market share.
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall business operations.

Requirements

• Prior management or team leadership experience required
• Prior residential home-services experience required
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional on-call rotations. Additionally, Management Trainees may also be required to answer calls/texts/emails from their teams outside of standard business hours.
