Fix Auto in The Dalles is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

For this position the CSR will answer phones, assist customers in the office, check in cars, apply insurance payments, acknowledge vendor credits, and much more. We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, self-driven individual who is willing to perform their high level of excellents to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. The Successful candidate will demonstrate positivity, courtesy, and helpfulness when dealing with every customer.

Compensation

• $19 per hour DOE

Work hours

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
• With the six major holidays off
• No weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• 2 years experience in a customer service setting
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills and abilities

• Able to perform operational procedures including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to sit for long periods at a time
• Able to work guaranteed full-time hours
