Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience
Requirements:
-Bilingual Korean or Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
