Job Title: Service Advisor (Collision Estimator)
Responsibilities:
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
