Job Title: Service Advisor (Collision Estimator)

Responsibilities:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair damaged vehicles using technical information sheets following APS (Advanced Process Solutions) in accordance with repair orders (RO).
• Makes “repair or replace” decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle time.
• Bodyshop Experience with CCC one, Repair Plan Phase, Mitchell Connect, ALLDATA, OPS Trax, I-CAR Certifications.
• Work and communicate with the Production Manager and Technicians on the vehicle repair status (including supplements).
• Utilize all required safety equipment, follow proper repair procedures, and adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal..
• Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that does not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury.
• Attend daily release meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
