Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and communicate the value of our products/services

- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with potential clients

- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation

- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in the CRM software

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Experience:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track progress

- Ability to work independently and meet targets within specified deadlines
