Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills
- Build rapport with potential customers to establish trust and credibility
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services
- Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers over the phone
- Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
