Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Brand Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling brand sponsorships for our unique gym towels and manage commercial sales. This position requires a blend of skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic sales planning. This is a commission based role.

Responsibilities:

For Advertising Sales:

• Identify Key Decision-Makers: Locate and engage key decision-makers at prospective customer accounts to introduce our innovative towel solutions.
• Relationship Cultivation: Help pitch our product and cultivate lasting relationships with these decision-makers.
• Information Gathering: Collect detailed information necessary for the advertising team to effectively tailor our marketing efforts to each gym’s needs.
• Negotiation of Terms: Assist in negotiating the terms and conditions of sponsorship agreements, including but not limited to, start and end dates, marketing responsibilities, payment terms, and legal disclaimers.
• Closing Deals: Aid in finalizing agreements with customers to ensure smooth progression of deals.
• Communication and Rollout Support: Maintain communication with customers as the start date of the sponsorship approaches and provide support during the initial stages of the rollout.
• Information Relay: Relay all necessary contact information, roles, and responsibilities for gym staff involved in the sponsorship back to Fitted Sport.

For Commercial Sales:

• Inventory Assessment: Work directly with gym customers to evaluate their current towel inventory, needs, and any issues.
• Pricing Proposals: Draft and present pricing quotes for Fitted Sport towels tailored to each gym’s needs.
• Service-Level Agreements: Communicate with gym customers regarding pricing, service agreements, delivery details, and other pertinent information.
• Finalize Logistics: Schedule and conduct meetings with gym customers to discuss and finalize order details, delivery schedules, and other logistics.
• Confirmation of Receipt: Ensure the customer has received the product and is satisfied with the delivery.
• Contact Information Relay: Provide Fitted Sport with up-to-date contact information and details for gym accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in B2B or advertising sales.
• Track record of successful deals, account management and exceptional customer service.
• Passionate about fitness, with knowledge of the gym industry a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
