As Director, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, administration, and compliance of all compensation and benefit programs along with oversight of the HRIS technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for Total Rewards to attract and retain talent in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplines.
  • Analyze current compensation and benefit programs against industry norms and trends. Make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.
  • Monitor benefit costs, budgets, and pricing of benefit programs.
  • Responsible for data integrity, enrollments audits, and billing reconciliations.
  • Lead the HRIS function including testing and implementation of system upgrades, resolve system issues, mass data uploads.
  • Partner with HR team members to lead and/or assist with the delivery of projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment (including, but not limited to: configuration; testing, documentation; peer review; sign-off; training; and change management).
  • Communication (e.g., guidance on benefit program features, plans, and options to employees and management).
  • Vendor management (e.g., insurance brokers, consultants, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field required.
  • 6 years of experience in strategy and administration of benefits programs and compensation plans with at least 3 years in a benefits leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of self-insured medical plans, stop loss, Rx benefit cost management.
  • MBA, CEBS, CCP, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
  • Vendor management experience required.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel is a must).
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; working knowledge of UKG preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to compensation (DOL Wage & Hour), health and welfare benefit plans, and 401(k) retirement plans (ERISA).
